Refund policy

At Zetron Pharma, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of issue (such as photos or videos) is provided when requested

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair oils and supplements cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after the allowed time period
  • Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Provide your order details and issue description
  • Share required photos or videos (if applicable)
  • Wait for approval from our team before sending the product back

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or agreed alternative method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective item

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary
